Experts have defined the best age for having sex
The experiment was held within different age groups. The participants were asked to tell about their best sex experience. It turned out that respondents aged 50 to 60 told not about the experience of their youth. The average age was 46.
As for younger respondents, they named the age – 32 years old on the average.
Experts agreed that in this age sex starts to bring more pleasure to people. They are av]bale to relax and think about their pleasure, not about their looks. They pay more attention to sensuality and sex becomes better quality. They are no more shy, but they become open-minded, confident and relaxed.
Experts also noted that sex in middle age is very useful. It improves the memory and helps to avoid diseases. It’s useful for everybody.
